Segment Product Line

We have a large selection of Blanchard segment abrasives. We offer a variety of grains and bonds to best suit your needs.

Our Aluminum Oxide grains include - AA(White), DA(Reg/Brown + White), PA(Pink), PAA(Pink + White), 24A(Reg/Brown). We also have a small variety of Ceramic grains which include, 3CGP(30% Ceramic + Pink AO), 3CG(30% Ceramic), and 52CGP(52%Ceramic + Pink AO).

We have four popular bonds for our segments. Our most popular bond is the VC8 bond. It's versatile and is suitable for Aluminum oxide, Ruby, MCA(32A), & Ceramic grains. We carry a V32 bond, a high gloss fusible bond suitable for Ceramic, MCA(32A), White, Pink, & Ruby grains. Ideal for 60 MPS wheel speed. We also have a VTR bond. It is a high fusibility bond suitable for Brown, White, Pink, and MCA(32A) grain. It is highly ideal for ceramic grains having cool grind properties. Excellent form retention is suitable for high-speed wheels(60MPS). Finally, we offer a BS bond. It is for resinoid grinding segments.
